- You become disruptive or difficult to work with;
- You fail to follow the program guidelines; or,
- You impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).
2. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. You agree:
- Not to infringe any Program participants' or the Company's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
- That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company;
- Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions;

- The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited;
- That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
While you are free to discuss your individual results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.
Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
3. PROGRAM CONTENT
- Program education and information are intended for a general audience and do not purport to be, nor should they be construed as, advice or counseling tailored to any specific business or industry.
- All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all manuals, all teaching aids, and the like that have been or will be made available by Reframe Your Money or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training program only.

- We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
4. GUARANTEE
The client is not guaranteed success by participating in the Reframe Your Money program. The investment examples stated on this landing page and discussed in the Reframe Your Money course are our personal investment examples. Please understand these results are not typical. We’re not implying you’ll duplicate them (or do anything for that matter). The average person who buys “how to” information gets little to no results. We’re using these references for example purposes only. Your results will vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your background, experience, and work ethic. All business entails risk as well as massive and consistent effort and action. If you’re not willing to accept that, please DO NOT PURCHASE the Reframe Your Money Program.
5. OFFER AND PAYMENT TERMS
- The program is a 1-year course and community that provides coaching, accountability, and private community access. Any events offered do not roll over if unattended.
- The fee for this program is listed on the respective checkout page sent to you in the enrollment process.
- You agree that no pauses or suspensions will be made once this agreement is signed. If you move, decide to stop your current business, determine that you would not like to be in the program anymore, or anything else, no pauses or cancellations will be made to payments. Pauses and suspensions are at the sole discretion of Reframe Your Money.
6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
- Your Membership will automatically renew every 12 months unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- The renewal fee will be charged to your original payment method unless updated.
- You may cancel your renewal at any time through your community account settings, DM or email request to Brenda Jones before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- If you do not cancel prior to the renewal date, your membership will continue for another 12 month term under the same terms and conditions.
7. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING PROVIDERS
Reframe Your Money may offer customers the option to utilize third-party financing providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, to facilitate payment for products or services. By choosing to finance a purchase through one of these providers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Independent Agreement: Any financing agreement entered into with a third-party financing provider is an independent agreement between you and the respective provider. Reframe Your Money is not a party to any financing arrangement and does not influence or control the terms, approval process, or conditions set by these providers.
- Payment Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with the payment terms established by the third-party financing provider. Reframe Your Money is not responsible for any late fees, interest charges, penalties, or other obligations arising from your agreement with the financing provider.
- No Liability: Reframe Your Money is not liable for any disputes, claims, or issues that may arise between you and the financing provider, including but not limited to credit decisions, payment processing errors, or changes in financing terms. Any concerns or disputes regarding financing should be directed to the respective third-party provider.
- Non-Refundable Transactions: Payments made through third-party financing providers remain subject to Reframe Your Money’s refund and cancellation policies. Approval of financing does not alter the refund eligibility of your purchase as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Reframe Your Money makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or success from participation in the program. You acknowledge that your results depend on individual effort, business skills, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in the program.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Reframe Your Money shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, cyber-attacks, or labor disputes.
10. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
Any business strategies, coaching, or financial advice provided within the membership are for informational and educational purposes only. You should seek professional advice from legal, financial, tax, or other certified professionals before making decisions.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT
Reframe Your Money reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
